Fall 2019 Intro to Careers in BioManufacturing course

Looking to increase your chances of finding a rewarding career in the growing life sciences industry?  Want to know more about opportunities in the RTP area?  Many local biopharmaceutical companies like Biogen, Pfizer, Novo Nordisk and Grifols are expanding or  looking to replace their retirees.  Several new gene therapy companies are adding to their staff.

To find out more about the industry and careers in biomanufacturing, consider taking

BEC 220 – Introduction to Drug Development and Careers in Biomanufacturing, a 1-credit course that meets one hour each week for the entire semester.

BEC 220 students will also learn more about the Biomanufacturing minor program offered by the Golden LEAF Biomanufacturing Training and Education Center (BTEC). See attached course flyer for more information.

WARNING – many students who take BEC 220 end up coming back for more
