The Leadership Development Program (LDP) provides 10 foundational workshops that are designed to engage and prepare new leaders. Students also have the option to earn a Leadership Certificate by engaging in a mentor relationship and leadership experience, and completing the foundations workshops and a reflection paper. There are also some stand-alone, one-time workshops offerings that are designed to provide a quick overview of a single leadership topic.

SPRING 2019 REGISTRATION IS OPEN! Registration is required. Foundation courses are designed to be taken in order, therefore students are asked to commit to taking one of the scheduled paths. By completing the foundation courses, students are well on the way to earning their Leadership Certificate.
